  • the perfect sleep support if you’re not into Zoom calls and you’d rather have the answers to your questions in written form. If you have a few questions, or you’d like some guidance while navigating your sleep situation, this support option is for you!

  • in-depth analysis of detailed intake form including a 3 day sleep and feeding log, followed by an emailed PDF sleep package containing my notes, recommendations, tools and resources.
    Once you receive the package you are able to email back with any questions that you have, and I’ll answer them for you in a follow up email.

  • Do you have a few questions, or are you wondering if you’re on track with your baby’s sleep? This is a one hour call where we can chat through your questions, and you can walk away feeling reassured and confident in how you’re navigating your little one’s sleep!

What you can expect when we work together

First things first: you won’t find sleep training, or any kind of cry it out, in anything that I offer. I have so much compassion and understanding for families who choose to sleep train (I was there too!), so zero judgement here. But knowing what I now know about infant brain development, attachment, temperament and more, I can’t and don’t recommend it.

My approach is from a biological, developmental, attachment, and holistic (whole picture) lens. That means that by understanding what is biologically and developmentally appropriate at any given age, we can know what normal sleep looks like for them (and it’s very likely that your baby’s sleep is normal!). This also helps us know when something might be off, or they might have a “red flag”.
In addition, I take things like your baby’s unique needs and rhythms, temperament, sensory preferences and needs, medical history, dietary needs, parent’s mental health, pregnancy and birth, the family situation, supporting emotions, and more into account when looking at your baby’s sleep. Their sleep is like a puzzle, and there are maaaany puzzle pieces for us to put together!

I believe in a beautiful blend of science and intuition - my work is rooted in science, but your intuition tops everything. It's my core belief that YOU are the expert on YOUR baby - I'm just here as a guide to help you navigate along the way.

All of my support is unique and individualized to your specific baby and your family - you won’t find generic plans, rigid schedules or “rules” here. Each baby and each family is so different and unique - which means your sleep support needs to be, too!
It’s my hope that by the time we are done working together, you’ll feel less stressed and more relaxed about your baby’s sleep, less obsessed with trying to control it, less fear that you’re creating “bad habits”, and more confident + reassured in yourself, your choices, and your instincts.
