hey! I’m Shayla.

I’m a Certified Infant and Child Sleep and Well-being Specialist + Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, and a mom of one.
Becoming a mom to a baby who struggled with sleep and feeding rocked my world. I was exhausted and consumed with sleep-anxiety, obsessed with trying to do everything perfectly in the hopes that his sleep would get easier, and I was incredibly overwhelmed by all the conflicting sleep rules and information.

Now as a Sleep Specialist, my role is to help parents like you understand what normal infant sleep looks like, and find sustainable solutions to your sleep situation, while helping the whole family get more sleep - without sleep training or any cry it out variations.

I believe in a beautiful blend of science and intuition - my work is rooted in science, but your intuition tops everything. My core belief is that you are the expert on your baby - I'm just here as a guide to help you figure out this whole sleep along the way.
